The Director of Supply Chain Operations will collaborate with and support all areas of Supply Chain to deliver best in industry value overseeing the end-to-end procurement process.. Manage and drive purchasing strategy expansion. Direct data governance program for Supply Chain. Oversee and execute reporting strategies which include internal metrics related to the progress of objectives and business metrics related to transparency into third party processes. Interact with stakeholders to educate on Supply Chain process. Create and monitor controls meant to govern and mitigate third party risk. Project management and execution on critical projects impacting Supply Chain. Assist in the implementation of new products/acquisitions. Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities. Strategically expand purchasing buyer channels. Oversight and direct management of key strategic Supply Chain third parties. Ad hoc requests related to Supply Chain functions. Qualifications. 7-10 years of supply chain management, procurement, and/or operational experience within financial services. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field strongly preferred. Certification in Lean Six Sigma preferred. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, strongly preferred.. Experience with Access/VBA. Experience with SAP Ariba preferred. Strong leadership ability and learning agility. Strong interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across business levels (both vertically and horizontally). Ability to direct a diverse team located in various physical locations. Ability to propose, develop, and execute complex strategic and tactical plans. Requires minimal supervision or direction to effectively lead and manage a Supply Chain operations function. Exhibit a high degree of self-motivation and strong work ethic. Experience managing and leading multiple projects simultaneously related to Supply Chain. Proven Change Management skills with the ability to drive change and initiate/execute process improvements. Ability to build strong relationships with internal business partners and experience working with multiple business partners in a collaborative and team-oriented manner..
