Our suppliers Our procurement experts work closely with selected suppliers to source the high quality ingredients we demand at the right quantities throughout the year. We are looking for an individual with a passion for talent management across the entire employment spectrum including workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, engagement, performance management and succession planing. Drive strategic planning and execution of talent sourcing, acquisition and on-boarding, including oversight of the Accelerated Management Program (AMP). Design and/or establish professional development content and programs and counsel on career development. Collaborate with leadership in addressing performance assessment, career counseling/management, and recognition practices. Advance a culture that promotes engagement, diversity and inclusion, collaboration, and a commitment to professional excellence. Assess competitive trends and innovations in talent management and correspondingly recommend, develop, and implement prudent strategies and methodologies. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: A minimum of 8 years of broad-based talent management experience, including strategic planning, talent acquisition, professional development, performance management, career and recognition systems, and diversity and inclusion; Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive short- and long-term business plans; Proven experience leading innovation and continuous improvement in talent management capacities; Superior communication and engagement skills, including the ability to interact credibly and diplomatically with individuals at all levels of an organization, and the ability to lead through influence; An undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field is strongly preferred. Judgment, integrity, work ethic, and results orientation to inspire trusted relationships; Energetic, charismatic, innovative, and collaborative leadership style; Client-service orientation, with the ability to balance and manage the evolving plans and needs of an organization, within and across constituent business segments;
