The Data Innovations Strategic Account Director leads the company's efforts to maintain and expand relationships with enterprise customers. The Strategic Account Director represents the entire range of DI products, while leading the account planning cycle and ensuring customers' needs and expectations are met.. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:. Develop and maintain executive level relationships with business and technology decision makers. Target and develop enterprise accounts across North America. Lead commercial and technical negotiations with senior client executives & stakeholders. Meet and exceed revenue targets and account retention targets. Management of the complete sales cycle, from identifying opportunity, to managing active deals, to close.. Maintain a targeted understanding of customers' business showing the ability to establish customer needs, buying cycles, and creating strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business.. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:. 10+ years of experience in consultative or solution selling sales. 5+ years experience selling software as a service, middleware, mobile applications or similar technology solutions.. Demonstrated ability to foster long term relationships, develop champions and drive the client purchasing process. Outstanding ability to demonstrate value and technology in person and via web presentations. Ability to quickly understand technology products and effectively identify how they can provide value to a prospective customer.. Strong technical aptitude. Understanding of Medical laboratory operations and workflow associated with results production.. Ability to travel a minimum of 50%. Education. Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience or a combination of education and experience. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:.
