**Manager, Professional Services/Consulting** **Bedford, Massachusetts, US** PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Direct manager of a team of delivery consultants/implementation specialists in charge of implementing the RSA FRI solutions with customers. + Responsible for all aspects of people management, including recruiting, training, employee performance management and development. + Responsible for the success of the overall technical delivery of implementation projects and consulting engagements. + Oversee, establish and improve delivery governance, methodologies, best practices, procedures and other practice initiatives. + Serve as a technical/managerial liaison between the senior practice leadership and the consultants' team. + Act as a point of escalation and resolution for strategic projects/customers. + Identify pre-sales opportunities and oversee the team's support of pre-sales opportunities. + Work closely with other internal stakeholders, including Customer Success and Customer Support, Sales and Sales Engineering, Product, Engineering, Operations etc. to ensure sales, delivery and customer success. + Stays abreast of RSA FRI product knowledge as well as current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.
