**Manager, Professional Services/Consulting** **Bedford, Massachusetts, US** PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Direct manager of a team of delivery consultants/implementation specialists in charge of implementing the RSA FRI solutions with customers. + Responsible for all aspects of people management, including recruiting, training, employee performance management and development. + Responsible for the success of the overall technical delivery of implementation projects and consulting engagements. + Oversee, establish and improve delivery governance, methodologies, best practices, procedures and other practice initiatives. + Serve as a technical/managerial liaison between the senior practice leadership and the consultants' team. + Act as a point of escalation and resolution for strategic projects/customers. + Identify pre-sales opportunities and oversee the team's support of pre-sales opportunities. + Work closely with other internal stakeholders, including Customer Success and Customer Support, Sales and Sales Engineering, Product, Engineering, Operations etc. to ensure sales, delivery and customer success. + Stays abreast of RSA FRI product knowledge as well as current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS + Bachelor's degree in computing technology related fields (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, MIS) + 2-3 years of managing Professional Services or Customer Success teams. + 3-5 years of consulting experience as a consultant or as a technical project manager. + Strong organizational skills, program/project management skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to drive cross functional teams. + Experience working with global, emote, intercultural teams. + Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within tight time frames to meets deadlines. + High attention to detail, strong analytical skills. + Strong interpersonal skills, self-starting, proactive, motivated, team player. + Result orientated and customer focused. + Ability to demonstrate initiative and good judgment in resolving issues. + Effective at managing conflict and negotiating with stakeholders. + Occasional travel will be required. **Benefits** We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities - all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment. **Apply now!** Dell is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
